The control system of indoor fountain manufacturing consists of the following parts:
1. Acquisition and processing of music signal: in this process, the acquisition of the music signal is completed by the music digital acquisition analyzer with DSP chip. At the same time of data acquisition, the music acquisition analyzer will convert the collected signal into a specific regular digital signal according to the music analysis algorithm according to the elements and characteristics of music signal and output it to an indoor fountain manufacturing center control station - industrial computer. (the name of the music acquisition analyzer is defined according to the function completed by the device. In fact, the device may not be the same name, but another name. In the above flow chart, the part to complete the collection and transmission of music signal is a hardware device, but the part to complete the collection and analysis of music signal in the actual process can also be completed through the special driver of configuration software or the special data collection program developed under the configuration software platform.
2. The processing process of the water shape in the indoor fountain manufacturing and the digital signal output by the music acquisition analyzer: in this processing process, the operator should configure the corresponding water shape for the music according to the melody of the playing music. The configuration can be stored in the configuration software program, and the parameters can be modified as required. In this process, the following modes can be defined according to the needs of users:
Music automatic mode: in this mode, the configuration software will send data to PLC in real-time and strictly according to the water configuration set by the operator, and the PLC will output instructions to dynamically change the water configuration to match the music playing, so as to make the performance of indoor fountain manufacturing more perfect.
Music random mode: in this mode, the indoor fountain manufacturing changes with the melody during the music playing process, the configuration software will send data to PLC in real-time and randomly selected water configuration, and PLC output instructions to dynamically change the water shape to match the music playing.
Music manual mode: in this mode, the indoor fountain manufacturing changes with the melody during the music playing. The configuration software sends the operator's real-time and determined water shape instruction to PLC, and the PLC outputs the instruction to dynamically change the water shape to match the music playing.
No music random mode: in this mode, the indoor fountain manufacturing configuration software will select the water shape in real-time and randomly, send data to PLC, and output instructions from PLC to change the water shape dynamically.
No music manual mode: in this mode, the indoor fountain manufacturing configuration software will send the water shape determined by the operator in real-time to the PLC to send data, and the PLC will output instructions to change the water shape dynamically.
In the above five modes, you can observe the video picture sent by the camera hair installed on-site through the video control in the picture of the configuration software, or make the corresponding 3D animation according to the water shape determined in the indoor fountain manufacturing project to reflect the current water shape of the indoor fountain manufacturing, at the same time, you can also display and store the events in the configuration software. The PLC receives the data from the configuration software and performs a logical operation to control the opening and closing of the corresponding water pump, the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, the action and change of the light, laser and various execution units.
